Veterinary services built around real life

From routine prevention to complex questions, every service begins with a clear conversation about what your pet needs — and what can wait.

Wellness exams

A structured head-to-tail assessment for puppies, kittens, adult pets and seniors. We review body condition, mobility, skin, ears, eyes, mouth and behaviour, then agree on what matters most for the next six to twelve months.

  • Life-stage wellness checks
  • Weight and body-condition review
  • Senior screening planning
  • Second-opinion preparation

Vaccination planning

Core vaccines protect against serious, preventable disease. Lifestyle vaccines depend on where your pet lives, travels and socialises. We build a schedule around your pet — never a one-size-fits-all card.

  • Core vaccine scheduling
  • Lifestyle risk review
  • Catch-up plans for rescued pets
  • Adverse-reaction guidance

Diagnostics & imaging

Not every problem needs a test; some need the right one. We help you understand which bloodwork, urine testing or imaging is useful, what it can rule out, and how results change the plan.

  • Bloodwork interpretation
  • Urine and faecal testing
  • Imaging referral coordination
  • Chronic disease monitoring

Dental & oral care

Bad breath is not normal. We assess plaque, gum health and pain, coach a realistic home routine, and explain when professional cleaning or extraction should be discussed.

  • Oral health assessment
  • Home brushing coaching
  • Dental diet guidance
  • Post-dental follow-up

Skin, ear & allergy care

Itchy skin and recurring ear infections need a pattern, not just a cream. We review diet, environment, parasites and previous treatments to build a stepwise plan.

  • Itch and allergy history
  • Ear cleaning technique
  • Parasite prevention review
  • Long-term flare planning

Nutrition & digestion

Food is part of treatment. We help with gentle transitions, fibre and protein choices, weight loss, and diets for sensitive stomachs or chronic conditions.

  • Diet selection
  • Weight-loss plans
  • Sensitive digestion support
  • Prescription diet guidance

Surgery & anaesthesia questions

When surgery is on the table, the questions matter: why now, what are the alternatives, and what does recovery look like? We help you prepare and coordinate with surgical partners.

  • Pre-surgical question checklist
  • Anaesthesia risk discussion
  • Recovery planning
  • Post-operative review

Urgent advice & triage

Some signs cannot wait. Our team helps you decide whether to seek emergency care now, and what information to bring. For immediate AI-guided triage, use our companion tool.

  • Urgency assessment
  • Emergency preparation
  • Referral guidance
  • Follow-up after discharge

Common questions

Do you provide emergency care?

We provide urgent advice and triage, but we are not an emergency hospital. If your pet has difficulty breathing, is collapsing, has uncontrolled bleeding, is straining to urinate, or has eaten something toxic, contact a local emergency veterinary hospital immediately.

Can you prescribe medication online?

Where the law and clinical situation allow, a veterinarian may prescribe after a consultation. Prescription medicines require a valid prescription and are never dispensed solely on request.

Can I use the service outside China?

Yes. Consultations are delivered in English online. Medication availability and shipping depend on your country and local regulations, which we will confirm before any order.

Will you work with my local veterinarian?

With your permission, we can review records you provide and help you prepare questions for your local team. We do not replace an in-person examination when one is needed.
