Delete in the app
Open the app, go to Me, tap Delete account and confirm. Your account is closed immediately and the local sign-in token is cleared.
Request by web
If you cannot sign in, email office@daqihospital.com with the subject Delete account and the phone number used to register. We complete deletion within 15 business days after verifying your identity.
Data that is deleted
Account details, pet profiles, consultation records, AI chat content, uploaded reports and photos, and personal identifiers in orders.
Data we may retain
Where law, tax or veterinary record rules require it, some transaction and consultation records are kept for the shortest permitted period with restricted access, then deleted or de-identified.
Please note
Deletion is permanent. You will lose access to past consultations and health records. If you only want to stop messages, contact us to turn off notifications instead.
